The ideal candidate leads a team, ensures rent collection and vendor management, stays compliant with Fair Housing laws, and strives to create a five-star living experience for residents. With 3+ years in supervision, you bring organization, problem-solving, and reliability to the role.

• 3+ years of multi-family property management experience (supervision experience a must)

Responsibilities

• Property Operations Guru – Oversee leasing, maintenance, and finances while keeping everything running like a well-oiled machine.
• Master of Organization – Keep resident records in check, ensure rent is collected, and stay on top of invoices.
• Customer Service Champion – Resolve resident concerns, maintain strong communication, and make living in our communities a 5-star experience.
• Team Leader Extraordinaire – Train, mentor, and motivate your team to reach new heights.
• Financial Whiz – Manage budgets, negotiate vendor contracts, and keep expenses in line.
• Rule Enforcer – Stay compliant with Fair Housing laws and industry regulations.
