Job summary

S2 Residential is seeking a Property Manager in Charlotte, NC to lead and mentor a team of Leasing Agents, collaborate with Maintenance, and drive occupancy while maximizing resident satisfaction. You will monitor budgets, report risks, and champion S2’s core values in daily operations.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, knowledge of Fair Housing, and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation. Hours align with property needs and events.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Property Manager experience.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing and related laws.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Leasing Agents to meet performance goals.
