Fairfield Property Management is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee all on-site operations and lead our team to deliver an exceptional living experience for residents. You will ensure financial and compliance standards are met under the guidance of your Regional Property Manager.

Your leadership, communication, and customer service focus will drive resident satisfaction and property performance across multifamily communities in Louisiana.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year of property management experience.
• Experience with Tax Credit, HUD and/or Section 8 housing experience preferred.
• CAM/COS/TCS certification preferred (Must be obtained within first year of employment).
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Professional, courteous, cooperative, tactful, and patient demeanor with residents and staff.
• Ability to maintain reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and vehicle insurance required.

• Manage the financial performance of the property by overseeing rents, occupancies and expenditures.
• Direct, oversee and effectively communicate with all onsite staff members.
• Supervise resident retention, renewal and leasing programs to maintain maximum occupancy.
• Schedule and coordinate vendors, contractors, and staff assignments; collect and post rent and issue notices as required.
• Maintain and balance daily batch log of all financial activity.
• File evictions on non-payments and appear in court as necessary.
• Oversee leasing activity and review applications, background checks, and credit reports for all applicants, processing the 50059s.
• Ensure all applicant and tenant relations adhere to HUD, USDA, Tax Credit (Section 42), and FPM requirements.
• Prepares site for REAC inspections and Management Occupancy Review inspections.
• Additional duties as deemed necessary by management and required to operate the property efficiently.

As the Property Manager, you will oversee all on-site operations at our community, leading and inspiring our team while ensuring the property runs like a well-oiled machine. With the guidance of your Regional Property Manager, you will ensure that all financial and compliance standards are met. Qualifications

• Ability to maintain reliable transportation, a current and valid driver's license, and vehicle insurance required
