Colliers International in Boston is seeking a Property Manager to oversee a commercial building, handling operations, financial activities, and critical relationships with tenants, owners, and vendors.
You will develop and maintain strong relationships with owners, tenants, vendors, and contractors, respond promptly to tenant needs to meet lease obligations, and be responsible for annual budget preparation and reconciliations, while effectively managing all operations tasks.

As a Property Manager, you will be involved in all aspects of managing a commercial building – from operations and financial activities to managing important relationships with our tenants, property owners and vendors. From managing service contracts and overseeing tenant improvements, to completing property inspections and making recommendations, you will have the opportunity to share your innovative ideas to continually improve how we manage our commercial properties.

Approximate Compensation Range for this Role:$85,138 to $ 110,000
Our compensation ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all national locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
