Job summary

KPM Property Management, LLC seeks a dedicated Property Manager to oversee daily operations of residential properties in our portfolio. You will manage resident relations, ensure property maintenance, supervise on-site staff, and drive financial performance to enhance resident satisfaction and property value.

Responsibilities include leasing, maintenance, vendor coordination, budgets, and ensuring compliance with laws.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in multifamily property management or related field.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related discipline preferred.
• Bilingual communication skills for diverse resident communities.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in property management software and MS Office.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Rent Manager Software.
• CAM or CAPS certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
