DivcoWest is seeking an experienced Property Manager to support our property management operations across its Washington, D.C. market portfolio. This role will be based out of our Virginia office, with regular onsite responsibilities at assigned assets, including our Rosslyn, Virginia office.
This role requires 5 days in office at our Virginia property management office or at one of the assigned assets. This position is not eligible for immigration support or sponsorship now or in the future.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate with others; operate a computer and other office productivity machinery; move throughout office and property environments; remain in a stationary position for extended periods; and use hands and arms to reach, handle and operate office equipment or property‑related materials. Occasionally the employee is required to lift objects that weigh up to 50 pounds, safely maneuver active construction zones, climb up and down ladders, and walk up and down multiple flights of stairs.
