Job summary

SPM, LLC – Claiborne Arms in Theodore, AL seeks a Property Manager to lead a team and drive financial success for the community. You’ll develop budgets, manage rents, supervise vendors, and enforce leases to maximize occupancy and revenue.

You’ll also oversee maintenance, safety, and staff development while maintaining owner relations and ensuring high resident satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership and two years of pm experience.

Qualifications

• Oversee lease enforcement by handling applications, renewals, discounts, notices, late fees, and evictions.
• Analyze market trends to implement smart marketing and leasing strategies that boost occupancy and revenue.
• Enhance resident satisfaction by addressing complaints and service requests promptly.
• Ensure maintenance standards by monitoring timely service requests and safety through inspections.
