Job summary

Princeton Properties is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician for our Taylor Pointe property in Nashua, NH. This on-site role focuses on apartment-home upkeep and basic repairs, with training provided.

You will handle daily work orders, troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, carpentry and HVAC issues, and participate in snow removal. Valid driver's license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and willingness to be on-call are required.

Qualifications

• Residential maintenance experience in apartments or general repair required.
• Basic repairs in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC.
• Own basic hand tools and valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Willing to be on-call for emergencies and snow removal.
• Background check must be cleared pre-employment.
• Candidate should reside in the greater Dover, NH area.

We are a respected, New England-based property management company, and we’re looking for a dependable and motivated Property Maintenance Technician to join our team in Nashua, NH area.

What You’ll Do:

• Complete daily maintenance work orders across apartment homes.

What You Bring:

• Possesses a basic set of hand tools (e.g., hammer, screwdrivers, wrenches, pliers, drill bits) and is comfortable using them.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Able to lift 50 lbs. and physically handle tasks like bending, reaching, crawling, etc.
• Willing to be on-call for emergencies and snow removal (rotating schedule)
• The preferred candidate will live in the greater Dover, NH area and must successfully pass a pre-employment background screening.
