DHI Communities: A division of D.R. Horton focused on multifamily development. Currently seeking a Community Manager-PM.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations of the community, including staff management, community standards, marketing, leasing, resident retention, and financial management.
  • Motivate and supervise on-site staff, support training, evaluate performance, and ensure adherence to company policies.
  • Manage leasing and maintenance activities, analyze performance trends, and develop strategies to meet community goals.
  • Conduct ongoing staff training and participate in leasing, resident retention, and renewal processes.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensure safety standards, and manage vendor relationships and budgets.
  • Complete required reporting, manage collections, and ensure legal compliance with housing laws and regulations.
  • Perform community inspections, communicate with stakeholders, and handle escalated resident issues.
  • Travel overnight as required.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
  • Supervise 2 or more employees.
Qualifications:
Required:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Five years of related experience.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, build and lead teams, and communicate effectively.
  • Proficiency with computer systems, property management software, MS Office, and email.
Preferred:
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Knowledge of property management software like OneSite, ILM, or RealPage.
