Position: Community Manager-PM

The successful candidate will oversee daily operations of the community, including staff management, maintaining community standards, marketing, resident relations, financial management, and lease compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Motivate and supervise on-site staff; support training and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure quality standards and improve processes; provide feedback and manage disciplinary actions.
  • Oversee leasing and maintenance activities, ensuring policy compliance.
  • Analyze performance data to develop strategic plans.
  • Conduct training for staff on leasing, safety, and daily operations.
  • Participate in leasing, resident retention, and renewal processes.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and uphold safety standards.
  • Manage vendor relationships, review invoices, and assist with budgeting.
  • Complete financial and compliance reporting.
  • Manage resident collections and ensure legal compliance.
  • Conduct community inspections and address maintenance and safety issues.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and handle escalated resident issues.
  • Travel overnight as needed.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Supervise two or more employees.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Five years of related experience in leasing or property management
  • Confidentiality, leadership, communication, multitasking, and computer skills

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Knowledge of property management software such as OneSite, ILM, or RealPage
