Candidates will be responsible for managing reports, maintaining resident relations, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Qualifications

• 6 months experience in the property management industry.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• The ability to remain professional and courteous in a fast-paced working environment.
• Organization skills with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee file management and run assigned reports.
• Utilize customer service and sales techniques for resident requests.
• Collect all monies due and oversee audit evictions and potential skips.
• Communicate with legal counsel during the eviction process.
• Finalize move in/out and renewals files.
• Maintain knowledge of lease terms and company policies.
• Conduct outreach marketing and maintain competitor contact.
• Develop and maintain resident retention programs.
