Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Mid-level Property Management Specialist to oversee day-to-day logistics, inventory reconciliation, and government property related activities. You will support DPAS and Property Book processes, collaborate on CDRL inputs, and pursue process improvements across property administration.

The role requires 3+ years of government property experience, knowledge of FAR/DFARS, and the ability to travel up to 90% to austere locations in South Asia.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of government property management and property accountability.
• Experience working in remote locations.
• Experience with DPAS, Installation Property Book, Inventory List, DD1149, and DD1428 or disposal processing.
• Experience with databases using Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
• Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and PGI regulations and government installation property.
• Knowledge of logistics and warehouse operations.
• Ability to travel up to 90% to austere locations in South Asia.
• Secret clearance.
• HS diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day logistics and operations, including reconciliation of government property through inventories and maintenance of installation property and government-furnished equipment.
• Assist clients with balancing resources, requirements, goals, and objectives.
• Handle administrative duties supporting warehouse operations, including tracking/receiving inventory or property and DPAS/Property Book documentation.
• Lead collaboration/input for CDRL development and process improvements in property administration.
• Facilitate customer meetings or conference calls and develop innovative solutions.
