Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Drug tests and background checks may be required.
• Maintenance tasks include plumbing, electrical, heating, cooling, carpentry.

Responsibilities

• Grounds: inspect property each morning and ensure pools are functioning.
• Turns: prepare apartments for new residents, remove items, install fixtures and ensure unit is in good order.
• Work Orders: perform repairs in occupied units and routine maintenance around the community.
