Property Maintenance Worker II - Oaklawn Place

Location: The Oaks - Dallas, TX

Pay: $23.00 hourly

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Perform minor electrical repairs inside and outside units (e.g., breakers, outlets, switches, disposal units, changing ceiling fans, interior and exterior lighting).
• Carry out structural repairs including carpentry – door repairs/replacements, exterior repairs, some tile work, interior repairs (holes in walls, door handle replacements).
• Conduct interior and exterior painting, drywall preparation, siding, staining, and finishing of wood surfaces.
• Handle plumbing repairs (changing faucets, supply lines, toilets).
• Complete all forms, work orders and related paperwork timely and professionally.
• Work independently with safe, timely driving to and from job sites; company vehicle provided for maintenance related issues across property locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus one year of relevant maintenance experience, OR high school diploma plus a certificate from a maintenance trade/vocational school, OR equivalent years of relevant work experience.
• Valid Texas Driver’s License, clear MVR, and ability to be insured.
