Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Perform minor electrical repairs inside and outside units (e.g., outlets, switches, lighting, ceiling fans).
  • Handle structural repairs like carpentry, exterior repairs, tile work, and interior repairs (e.g., holes in walls, door handle replacements).
  • Conduct interior and exterior painting, including drywall and siding preparation, staining, and finishing.
  • Manage plumbing repairs such as faucet, supply line, and toilet replacements.
  • Complete all forms, work orders, and paperwork professionally and promptly.
  • Drive company vehicle to various job sites safely and independently; vehicle provided for maintenance tasks.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; trade, technical, or vocational schooling preferred.
  • At least one year of maintenance experience on residential properties.
  • Valid Texas Driver's License, a clean MVR, and ability to be insured.
