You must be able to be on call (on a rotating schedule) with a quick response time, have a clear driving record to drive a company vehicle, a valid driver's license and a clear drug screening and background check.
Pay range starts at $20-$25 per hour depending on skills and experience!

Property Maintenance Technician
Job Summary:
The Property Maintenance Technician will perform maintenance and repair of facilities and grounds to include mowing and landscaping, electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), carpentry, painting, and other building systems such as water and sewers.
Classification:
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Duties/ Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
•Performs the day-to-day operations of the maintenance and grounds department.
•Evaluates systems or facilities to determine maintenance or repairs that need to be performed in coordination with the Property Maintenance Supervisor.
•Completes work based on an evaluation of job requirements and individual expertise.
•Assists with the development of a competent and efficient maintenance and grounds workforce by helping to train department personnel in the proper use of equipment, chemicals and supplies, demonstrates appropriate work methods, and assists in planning and conducting departmental safety meetings and training sessions.
•Maintains confidentiality with respect to customer issues.
•Assists construction teams and other team members and departments on projects, as needed.
•Travels to different property locations to perform requested maintenance repair.
•Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
•Extensive knowledge of building systems such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC as well as the ability to operate various power equipment including lawn mowers, trimmers, snow blower and other equipment.
•Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Ability to work independently or with a team.
•Ability to identify problems or issues and determine repairs or next steps that are needed.
•Ability to plan maintenance schedules for building systems.
•Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
•Able to be on-call.
Education and Experience:
•High school diploma or equivalent, required plus one of the following is required (please attach any required documentation):
• At least 4 years of military experience in an electrical or mechanical field,
•Completion of a technical training program in a maintenance trade,
•Completion of a recognized apprenticeship program ,
•At least 2 years of progressively responsible experience in one or more trades.
Physical Requirements:
•Must be able to access and inspect all areas of buildings and grounds, including under homes and be able to perform required repairs.
•Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time.
•Must be able to perform job duties in a variety of weather and working conditions.
•Must be able to be on-call with a quick response time.
Other Requirements:
•Good driving record, required to drive a company vehicle.
•Clear background check and drug screening, required to drive a company vehicle.
Supervision:
The Property Maintenance Technician is supervised by the Property Maintenance Supervisor and may be assigned work by other senior staff members.
