Job summary

Chandler Management Corp is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician in McDonough, GA. You will diagnose and perform routine maintenance, complete make-readies, and respond to after-hours emergencies while maintaining a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities include inspecting exteriors, maintaining common areas, managing inventory, and coordinating with the Service Manager to ensure timely task completion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or trade school certification required.
• HVAC knowledge and experience preferred.
• Basic computer and inventory system skills required.
• CPO certification preferred for the role.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform minor and routine maintenance/repair in a timely and professional manner.
• Complete make-readies at acceptable quality and communicate status to the Service Manager.
• On-call duties 24 hours to respond to emergencies.
• Promote good public relations with residents and coworkers.
• Inspect exterior and maintain grounds and common areas daily.
• Maintain inventory and ensure warranty compliance.
• Perform preventative maintenance per MOM Manual guidelines.
• Follow safety standards and OSHA guidelines.
