Zusammenfassung

TRG Management is seeking a maintenance technician to perform hands-on maintenance across multiple properties in Jacksonville, FL. The role involves inspecting and repairing units, handling preventative maintenance, and responding to on-call emergencies to keep communities safe and well-maintained.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of hands-on property maintenance experience, an EPA or CFC certification, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifikationen

• A high school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• A minimum of two (2) years hands-on property maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, etc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
• The ability to lift up to 50lbs; walk, bend, climb and balance on ladders for extended periods during the day.
• An EPA or CFC certification.

Aufgaben

• Prepares or assists in maintaining the office, including painting, carpet cleaning, general repairs, and housekeeping.
• Responsible for hands-on maintenance of the property, including inspection, repair, and maintenance of apartment units and interior/exterior areas.
• Performs preventative maintenance and records findings in the maintenance log.
• Performs on-call emergency service as required.
• Works with maintenance staff to keep grounds clean and free of trash and debris.
• Monitors mechanical equipment such as water heaters and HVAC units.
• Diagnoses malfunctioning apparatus (transformers, motors, lighting) and replaces faulty components.
• Replaces faulty electrical components and positions sensing devices.
