Qualifications

• Experience in property maintenance or handyman work.
• Ability to perform basic plumbing tasks, such as fixing leaks and replacing parts.
• Ability to perform basic electrical work, e.g., replacing switches or outlets.
• Strong customer service mindset and polite client interactions.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing internal training and skill development.

Responsibilities

• Daily repair and upkeep of the property and units.
• Learn and complete minor work orders (plumbing, electrical, door hardware).
• Maintain outdoor areas and landscape as assigned.
• Move appliances as needed and prepare vacant units for occupancy.
• Coordinate with the Property Manager on status of work orders and projects.
• Safely manage and inventory tools and supplies.
• Provide courteous, efficient service to residents at all times.
