Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in property maintenance or related field.
• HVAC certified and CFC/EPA certification preferred.
• CAMT preferred; willing to obtain CAMT if requested.
• Own tools and transportation to vendor locations.
• Must lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work on roofs.
• Familiar with OSHA guidelines and safety practices.
• MS Office proficiency; Fair Housing certification required before interaction.

Responsibilities

• Address resident maintenance requests promptly.
• Perform repairs on apartments and common areas.
• Prepare vacants and maintain grounds and landscaping.
• Keep records of preventive maintenance and work performed.
• Coordinate parts/orders and accept deliveries.
• Travel to pick up replacement parts as needed.
• Adhere to safety procedures and company policies.
