Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet safety and quality standards. You will diagnose issues, perform preventative maintenance, and complete work orders to keep the property in top condition.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least two years of maintenance experience, with EPA certifications and HVAC credentials being a plus. Valid driver’s license preferred for on-site tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or related experience.
• 2 years minimum experience in property management maintenance or related trade.
• May be required to hold HVAC certifications and licenses.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance.
• Prepares vacant apartments for leasing through make-ready tasks and inspections.
• Manages materials, inventories, and requires proper documentation of work.
