Job summary

CCI is seeking a Maintenance Technician in California to maintain, repair, and clean our facilities and equipment. This role supports our property management platform and involves hands-on work across carpentry, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and painting, with a focus on safety and preventative maintenance.

Candidates should have at least three years in maintenance, basic trade knowledge, the ability to lift 50 lbs, and solid computer literacy.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of maintenance technician experience.
• Knowledge of basic maintenance (painting, carpentry, drywall, plumbing, electrical).
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Computer literacy required.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspections of grounds, common areas, and facilities.
• Repair minor issues in buildings and systems including roofs, ceilings, walls, floors, basements, and mechanical systems.
• Report health, safety, or hazardous situations to management immediately.
• Monitor maintenance supplies and procure them as needed.
• Utilize skills in carpentry, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, and related trades for maintenance and preventative tasks.
