Berkshire Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. As the right-hand to our management, you will be cheerful, performance-driven, resident-focused, and go the extra mile to maintain quality and service across our properties.

Responsibilities include preserving the property's physical attributes, enforcing safety, maintaining equipment and inventory, and delivering excellent resident service.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of maintenance experience in a multi-unit community.
• Proficiency in writing, speaking and understanding English.

Responsibilities

• Own and help drive preservation of the property's physical attributes.
• Provide full support to management to uphold community and corporate standards, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure that all safety measures are enforced.
• Assist in maintaining the shop, company equipment, inventory control and ensuring key security.
• Be an inspector ensuring curb appeal and property looks its best.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and teammates.
