About Us

Savannah Lakes, a Luxury Campground Destination in Hardeeville, SC, offers a serene escape surrounded by lush greenery. Our resort embodies the authentic spirit of the Lowcountry, rich in cultural and historical significance.

The Job:

The Resort Property Maintenance Technician performs routine and preventative maintenance to ensure the physical integrity of the resort. Responsibilities include site and building repairs, groundskeeping, and utility system maintenance. The technician provides excellent customer service and assists with site setups for guest arrivals and departures.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on rental homes, facilities, and streets.
  2. Complete checklists of the resort's physical condition before and after guest occupancy.
  3. Maintain landscaping, including lawn care, weed control, planting, mulching, trimming, and tree maintenance.
  4. Ensure grounds are presentable and meet curb appeal standards, including trash removal and debris cleanup.
  5. Maintain dog parks, including waste management, groundskeeping, and fence repairs.
  6. Inspect and maintain common areas and amenities such as clubhouses, pools, courts, restrooms, and laundry facilities.
  7. Identify and report maintenance issues promptly.
  8. Ensure streets and access routes are hazard-free.
  9. Maintain and repair resort pools, including chemical testing and cleaning.
  10. Maintain resort vehicles and equipment.
  11. Follow safety procedures, including safe vehicle operation and supply handling.
