You are an experienced Community Service Technician with at least one (1) year of property maintenance or similar experience who has a passion for delivering the utmost customer service, considering you’re part of a team that interacts most with our residents! Overall, you’re responsible for completing service requests in a timely manner by performing repair and maintenance services as needed as well as maintaining curb appeal, and optimizing the life and value of the physical asset.
