Your ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and communicate effectively will contribute to the overall success of the property.**Key Responsibilities:*** **Carpentry & Repairs:** Perform general carpentry duties such as wallboard repair, countertop/cabinet replacement, finish carpentry, window and door repairs, and ceramic tile repair. Assist with vinyl floor, cove, and wall base installation.* **General Maintenance:** Handle minor electrical, plumbing, appliance, and heating/air issues that do not require a license. Perform painting and other repairs as needed.* **Property Operations:** Assist with daily operations such as work orders, apartment turnovers, and inspections. Respond to emergency maintenance calls, including on-call shifts as required.* **Preventive Maintenance:** Execute assigned preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the safety and functionality of the property.* **Communication & Collaboration:** Work closely with the property manager and foster positive relationships with residents, vendors, contractors, inspectors, and staff.
