Job summary

Westminster is hiring a Property Maintenance Technician to keep our properties safe, functional, and welcoming for residents. You will handle repairs, complete make-readies, and perform upkeep across painting, carpentry, and preventive maintenance.

We seek 1–3 years in maintenance, strong electrical/plumbing/HVAC skills, a valid driver’s license, and customer-focused problem-solving with attention to detail. Join a team that values service and community.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1-3 years of property maintenance or handyman work.
• Skills: Electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and appliance repairs; certifications are a plus.
• License: A valid Driver’s License.
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable using work order systems or mobile apps to track tasks.
• Physical: Lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in varied conditions.
• Attitude: Problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and responsibility.
• Customer Focus: Friendly and professional with residents and team members.

Responsibilities

• Be the Fix-It Pro handling repairs from plumbing and electrical to HVAC and appliances.
• Complete make-readies for incoming residents.
• Paint, carpentry, and general upkeep to keep the property looking its best.
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies with prompt, on-call rotation.
• Stay ahead with preventative maintenance to keep equipment and systems in top shape.

What You’ll Bring to the Team:
