Your Responsibilities As a Maintenance Technician

• Property Maintenance – You will provide maintenance work that could include general maintenance; light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting; light groundskeeping; light appliance installation/maintenance; trash/large object disposal; pool maintenance, and more.
• Customer Service – As a front line service team member, we expect you to take pride in your appearance and how you interact with residents. A smile is part of the uniform.
• What Can Be Improved? – When you visit a property for a work order, you will have an opportunity to see other items that can be improved. This helps residents love where they live and provides a view into property maintenance that helps our property owners improve the property.
