Job summary

MS Industrial Properties, LLC is seeking a reliable Property Maintenance Technician to perform upkeep, repairs and remodels for our properties in Utah County. You will handle landscape, HVAC, snow removal, and remodeling tasks to maintain property standards.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in construction trades, can work 40–48 hours weekly, holds a valid driver’s license, and communicates professionally with tenants and vendors.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in construction trades.
• Ability to trouble shoot and perform hands-on repairs.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Well organized; polite and respectful communication with tenants, clients and vendors.
• Must work 40-48 hours per week; valid driver's license; English literacy.

Responsibilities

• Landscape maintenance including sprinkler care, backflow installations, seasonal turn on/off, grounds cleaning.
• HVAC maintenance: light service, filters, pads, waterlines, thermostats.
• Snow removal: plow installation/removal, snow plowing, shoveling, de-icing.
• Remodeling & new construction support: demolition of framing, drywall, insulation and wiring; assist painting, drywall, concrete, landscaping, roofing and cooling systems.

MS Industrial Properties, LLC is seeking a reliable, experienced Property Maintenance Technician to perform upkeep, repairs and remodels for our properties and buildings in Utah County.

Knowledge

• Skilled in framing wood or metal
• Skilled in concrete finishing
• Skilled in drywall hanging, texture
• Skilled in painting
• Skilled in landscape maintenance
• Skilled in cooling and heating system maintenance
• Skilled in roof repair

Responsibilities

Landscape

• Sprinkler maintenance and service
• Blackflow installations
• Spring / Winter turn on and shut down
• Grounds cleaning (clear parking lots and gutters of weeds and debris)

HVAC

• Light maintenance and service
• Filters
• Pads
• Waterline
• Thermostats

Snow Removal

• Install plow (and remove)
• Snow plowing
• Shoveling and de-icing

Remodeling & New Construction

• Demolition of framing, drywall, insulation and wiring
• Assist with painting, drywall, concrete, landscaping, roofing, cooling systems and other needs

Physical Requirements

• Able to perform manual labor including bending, climbing ladders, standing for extended period of times and working in various weather conditions
• Should be in good physical condition to handle routine maintenance tasks, operate tools/equipment and move materials as needed
