AC&T Co. Inc. seeks a dependable Property Maintenance Technician to perform hands-on work across our office, warehouse, and retail properties.

You will handle tenant turnover, construction and fit-out tasks, drywall, carpentry, painting, and routine maintenance while ensuring safety and quality on every project. This non-exempt, on-site role reports to the Property Maintenance Manager. Typical hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with overtime as needed.

Qualificações

• Experience in general construction or property maintenance.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools safely.
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work on ladders, lifts, and roofs as needed.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team.

Responsabilidades

• General construction and tenant fit-out work across multiple properties.
• Tenant turnover and property preparation.
• Demolition and site preparation; drywall installation and finishing.
• Carpentry and general woodwork; interior and exterior painting.
• Pressure washing and minor roofing repairs and maintenance.
• Flooring installation and general building maintenance; assist with projects.
• Safely operate and maintain hand and power tools and support ongoing repairs.

Reporting to the Director of Property Maintenance, this position involves a wide variety of hands-on work across our office, warehouse, and retail properties.
