The role involves keeping buildings in peak condition through preventive maintenance, diagnosing and repairing plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues, and collaborating with a skilled team and subcontractors.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with building systems, reads manuals, and maintains safety and documentation.

Compensation: Hourly Rate: $18.00–$35.00 per hour, with the starting rate determined based on experience, qualifications, skills, and other job-related factors.
