Job summary

Responsibilities

• Performs necessary maintenance repairs and preventative maintenance throughout the property.
• This requires the utilization of skills normally associated with carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting.
• Repair or replace fixtures, hardware, doors, locks.
• Responsible for applying discretion in both determining proper work methods and in analyzing preventative maintenance needs.
• Responds to maintenance requests promptly and complete assigned work orders in a timely manner.
• Maintains organized workspace, tools, equipment and follows safety procedures.

Pay: $25-$29 Per Hour

Schedule: M-F, Days / On-Call
