Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s license required.
• CPO, EPA HVAC Level 2 or higher certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority.
• Complete make readies.
• Maintain Property Grounds and common areas.
• Perform Preventative Maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized shop and other work areas.
