Job summary

Magnolia South in Holly Springs, NC seeks a Maintenance Tech to keep the property buildings and grounds in good repair. The role focuses on on-site maintenance and preventative tasks to sustain physical condition.

You will complete service requests within 24 hours, follow safety policies including OSHA, and help implement ongoing maintenance plans. Candidates should be able to lift up to 75 lbs and have customer-service orientation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Constant need to perform standing and walking activities related to inspecting and repairing the property. Frequently lift and/or move up to 75 lbs.
• Must be customer service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Complete all service and maintenance requests within 24-hours.
• Follow up on service requests to assure customer satisfaction.
• Insures OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Act) standards and company safety policies are complied with at all times.
• Participate in implementation of an ongoing property maintenance and improvement plan.
• Produce turns on vacant units within 5 working days.
• Maintain 80% of vacant units in 'ready' condition at all times.
• Maintain vacant units daily.
