Job summary

Equity LifeStyle Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician- Level II in Hohenwald, TN. You will perform various maintenance duties including plumbing, carpentry, appliance repairs, painting, and groundskeeping to ensure quality standards.

You will join a team, coordinate with management, and be on call for after-hours emergencies. A valid driver’s license and 1–2 years of property maintenance experience are preferred, along with a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license, good driving record, and current auto insurance.
• 1–2 years of property maintenance experience preferred.
• High school diploma or the equivalent experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work with heavy equipment.
• Willing to be on call for emergencies after hours.

Responsibilities

• Work as a team to meet quality maintenance standards.
• Keep amenity spaces well maintained and functioning.
• Maintain grounds and keep them clean from trash and debris.
• Collaborate with management to keep property clean, safe and appealing.
• Attend morning staff meetings for daily vendor appointments and tasks.
• Communicate with management and staff on maintenance projects.
• Report maintenance concerns to management and perform repairs.
• Move heavy objects and operate maintenance trucks as needed.
• Monitor and control maintenance inventory and supplies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
