Job summary

Equity Lifestyle Properties is seeking a Maintenance - Level II to support our Fremont, Wisconsin community. You will perform maintenance duties including plumbing, carpentry, painting, groundskeeping, and janitorial tasks to keep facilities in good condition.

You’ll work as a team, report to management, attend daily briefings, move heavy objects, and may operate maintenance vehicles. A high school diploma, valid driver’s license, and ability to lift 50 pounds are required; we offer a

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license, good driving record and current auto insurance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and handle heavy equipment.
• Willing to be on call for emergencies after hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance duties including plumbing, carpentry, painting, groundskeeping and janitorial tasks.
• Maintain amenity spaces and grounds, keeping areas clean and safe.
• Move heavy objects and may drive maintenance trucks around the property.
• Attend morning staff meetings and communicate with management on planned work.
• Report maintenance concerns and assist with inventory and supplies.
