Job summary

Silver Tree Residential is seeking a dependable Facilities Technician at Crown Oaks Estates in Penfield, NY. You will perform maintenance tasks, respond to work orders, and assist in preparing vacant units for new residents.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years property maintenance experience.
• Must have his/her own tools.
• Physically capable: walk the property (stairs), lift heavy items, and perform routine tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance-related and capital improvement activities within the property.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on equipment and appliances.
• Inspect, schedule, and complete work orders promptly.
• Coordinate with Directors, residents, vendors, and co-workers.
• Assist in make-ready of vacant apartments for new move-ins.
• Maintain knowledge of HVAC systems and common appliances.
