Job summary

A leading property management firm in New York is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations at Federation Plaza. This critical role requires hands-on experience and the ability to lead a team in ensuring the upkeep of apartments and grounds. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of relevant experience and strong communication skills. Qualifications

• Minimum of three years maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC.
• Hands-on work experience in property maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare apartments for new residents, including painting and repairs.
• Conduct hands-on property maintenance and inspections.
• Lead and supervise maintenance staff.
