Pegasus Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Colorado Springs to lead property maintenance and ensure excellent resident service. The role requires overseeing repairs, scheduling preventative tasks, and maintaining high safety and quality standards across pools, grounds, and appliances.

The position includes on-call duties with a $200 weekly on-call bonus, paid certifications, a vehicle stipend, generous PTO, holidays, medical benefits, 401k with company match, and

Competenze

• Certified Plumbing contractor or active plumbing license.
• Experience with or desire to be in a supervisory role.
• Must have valid Driver’s License.

Mansioni

• Own your role at the property and serve residents with great customer service.
• Complete resident and property service requests.
• Participate in preventative maintenance including pool and exterior lighting.
