Job summary

Mission Rock Residential in Colorado Springs is seeking a Service Technician to deliver excellent resident service by handling maintenance requests and routine check-ups, from HVAC to plumbing and carpentry.

The role requires at least 1 year of maintenance experience, a valid driver's license, and strong communication. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a competitive hourly pay range of $21–$23 with incentive opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of property maintenance or related trade experience.
• CPO Certification (desired/required depending on property).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Organizational and time-management abilities.
• Collaborative, solutions-focused attitude.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose problems and perform repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and other areas.
• Ensure work orders are addressed promptly and professionally.
• Inspect buildings for safety and cleanliness and alert managers as needed.
