Mason Equity Group is seeking a reliable Property Maintenance Specialist to service residential and commercial properties in Ohio, performing routine upkeep and unit turnovers while managing work orders efficiently. The role requires safe operation of basic tools and clear communication with management and tenants.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and installations across residential and commercial properties.
• Complete unit turnovers including painting, minor repairs, and fixture replacements.
• Address and resolve maintenance work orders in a timely and professional manner.
• Safely operate and maintain power tools and other equipment.
• Troubleshoot basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in work areas and storage spaces.
• Communicate clearly with property management, tenants, and contractors regarding repairs and status updates as needed.
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to respond to after-hours emergency maintenance issues.
