Job summary

KETTLER is seeking a Maintenance Manager in Utah to lead all maintenance operations for our apartment communities. You will oversee preventive and daily maintenance, manage budgets, and ensure curb appeal while delivering superior resident experiences across the property.

Responsibilities include coordinating repairs, supervising maintenance staff, and ensuring safety compliance with company guidelines. This role requires after-hours on-call rotations and travel within the property network.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of maintenance experience.
• 2+ years supervisory experience required.
• EPA/CFC Certification required.
• Must be proficient in troubleshooting plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repairs, and HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and participate in all maintenance projects including capital improvements.
• Coordinate and perform repairs of property grounds, apartments, and building exteriors.
• Manage maintenance budgets and administrative tasks.
• Direct all property/ground upkeep, preventive care, and maintenance service efforts.
• Maintain records for all services performed and coordinate contracted services.
