Job Summary
As a successful Field Service Technician, you should have excellent troubleshooting skills, a friendly outlook, and a common-sense approach to performing property maintenance service in residential and commercial settings. A top-level Lead Service Technician efficiently manages all service callouts, providing high-quality service and maintenance for any job size. Typical services to be performed include water heater flushing, pressure washing, dryer vent cleaning, alarm testing, and replacement.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer callouts and field dispatches.
• Meet with the client to greet them and explain the services you will be providing.
• Ensure the client signs the Terms and Conditions before work begins.
• Conduct routine equipment servicing out in the field.
• Inspect and troubleshoot equipment failures.
• Install and test new equipment.
• Provide preventive equipment maintenance.
• Provide technical training on new equipment installations.
• Maintain equipment stock in the company vehicle.
• Complete job reports.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to travel and work according to a changing schedule.
• Excellent time management skills.
