Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a hotel or property management Engineering department.
• Experience in painting, drywall repair, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair preferred.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and repair all units and common areas.
• Complete work orders assigned by the Employee Housing Manager.
• Perform apartment maintenance including heat, lights, and locks.
• Snow removal at employee housing properties.

Connaissances

Basic knowledge of plumbing

Attention to detail

Ability to work independently

Snow removal equipment operation

HVAC experience

Formation

High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)

1-2 years in hotel or property management Engineering
