Boutique Recruiting is seeking a Property Level Accountant II to manage financial reporting for a portfolio of 5–8 multifamily properties in Chamblee, GA. You will prepare monthly statements, reconcile accounts, and support property managers.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years in property management accounting, strong GL, and experience with Entrata. Onsite five days a week, with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 4–6 years of property management accounting experience.
• Experience with multifamily real estate accounting.
• Proficiency with property management accounting software.
• Experience with Entrata preferred.
• Ability to work onsite in Chamblee, GA five days per week.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial statements for a portfolio of 5–8 multifamily properties.
• Track and reconcile cash receipts, disbursements, and bank accounts.
• Monitor and ensure timely payment of mortgages, insurance, and other property-related expenses.
• Record and track accruals, prepaid expenses, and general ledger transactions.
• Maintain accurate financial records using property management accounting software.
• Collaborate with Property Managers to support financial reporting and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with audits, internal reviews, and financial reporting requests.
• Provide guidance and support to junior accounting team members.
• Identify and resolve accounting issues in collaboration with property management and operations teams.
• Support additional accounting activities related to property operations as needed.

Position Title: Property Level Accountant II

We are seeking an experienced Property Level Accountant II to join a growing multifamily real estate organization in Chamblee, GA. This role is responsible for managing financial reporting and accounting activities for a portfolio of 5–8 properties, including preparing monthly financial statements, reconciling accounts, maintaining general ledger accuracy, and collaborating with property management teams. The position also provides opportunities to support junior accounting team members and contribute to the financial operations of a growing real estate portfolio.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in multifamily property accounting, excellent analytical and organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and accountability. Salary Range

$70,000 - $99,000 / annually, DOE

• Strong understanding of general ledger accounting, reconciliations, accruals, and financial reporting
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines
• Dependable, accountable, and detail-oriented approach to work
• Experience with Entrata property management software preferred
• Ability to work onsite five days per week in Chamblee, GA
