Job summary

The Cohost Company is seeking a Full-Time Property Inspector in Austin, TX to ensure vacation properties are pristine and guest-ready. You will inspect, inventory, and coordinate maintenance to keep homes at boutique-hotel standards, working with the Regional Operations Manager and Maintenance Lead.

Responsibilities include quarterly inspections, inventory management, and reporting with Breezeway/Slack, ensuring timely repairs and high guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Previous experience in property management, hospitality, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of minor maintenance and repair tasks is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Maintain responsibility for an assigned portfolio of vacation rental homes.
• Perform quarterly inspections and document conditions with detailed notes and photographs.
• Manage inventory of household items and coordinate replenishment.
• Identify maintenance needs and coordinate corrective actions with team members.
• Ensure homes meet company quality standards and guest-ready presentation.
• Communicate findings with Regional Operations Manager and Maintenance Lead.
