Big Sky Vacation Rentals is seeking a detail-oriented Property Inspector to join our team in Big Sky, MT. You will conduct thorough inspections, address maintenance concerns, and ensure each property is guest-ready across your designated territory.

This full-time role requires independence, strong organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate with multiple departments to deliver outstanding property management services. Weekend availability is required during peak season.

Qualifications

• Ability to bend, kneel, and squat to inspect properties.
• Capability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods.
• Dexterity to handle tools for minor repairs.
• Navigate stairs, ladders, uneven terrain, and various layouts.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Commuting to and from properties.
• Performing inspections for cleaning and maintenance issues.
• Performing minor maintenance services.
• Reporting large maintenance issues to respective departments.
• Preparing properties for guest and owner arrivals.
• Managing property inventory and staging.
• Communicating with guests, owners, and vendors.
• Delivering needed items to guests.
• Submit detailed inspection reports using company software.
