Job summary

Seek Now is seeking capable 1099 independent sub-contractors to provide accurate, impartial, and complete home and commercial property inspections. Our 1099 Field Inspectors are the frontline experts who assist and collect data for our clients in the Property Insurance, Facility Management, and Real Estate sectors.

As a Field Inspector, you will manage scheduling within your territory, coordinate lodging during CAT deployments, and deliver timely, high-quality reports.

Qualifications

• Ability to access and inspect steep roofs and high roofs
• Lift, carry, and set up ladders up to 100 pounds
• Sketch and measure roof and room components
• Travel to perform inspections in areas hit by weather catastrophes; CAT deployments 2–6 weeks
• Lodging provided on CAT jobs
• Earn HAAG Certification within 90 days
• Valid driver’s license and State Issued Workers' Compensation
• Submit complete, quality reports on time
• Use laptop and smartphone to enter data and run reports

Responsibilities

• Inspect roofs, rooms and components for age and condition
• Document inspections using our proprietary mobile software
• Travel within assigned territory and CAT deployments as needed
• Provide accurate, impartial inspection reports to clients
• Maintain professional appearance and safety standards
• Coordinate lodging during CAT assignments when required
