Job summary

The Scion Group LLC is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness and upkeep of common areas at the assigned property. Responsibilities include cleaning pools, spa, club room, restrooms, and laundry areas, with general maintenance tasks as needed, always focusing on professional service for residents.

Qualified candidates will have a HS diploma or equivalent, 1 year of cleaning experience, ability to stand 8 hours, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

High school/GED or trade school diploma is required.
Efficient in reading instructions and documenting labor and materials.
Record of punctuality and dependability under deadline pressure with schedule flexibility.
Possession of a valid driver’s license.
Ability to stand 8 hours or longer and lift up to 100 lbs as necessary.

Responsibilities

Maintain the physical condition of the property according to SOPs, OSHA and industry standards.
Perform routine housekeeping activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing as directed.
Sweep and remove debris from curbs, parking areas, walkways and stairways as scheduled.
Deal with requests with professionalism and patience.
Notify superiors on damages, deficits and disturbances.
Promote safety awareness to limit property loss and injuries to residents and visitors.
Adhere to health and safety rules and property policies and procedures.
Use appropriate tools and equipment.
Undertake training related to job duties as deemed necessary.
Maintain required property uniform and present a professional appearance.
