Job summary

The JOY FM is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to connect with rental property owners and real estate investors who could benefit from professional management services. This role emphasizes networking, relationship building, and lead generation with flexible scheduling and commission-based earnings.

Network within the Augusta and surrounding CSRA real estate communities.
Follow up with prospective clients and maintain communication throughout the sales process.
Identify opportunities for residential, multifamily, leasing-only, and HOA management services.
Represent Southern Magnolia professionally and help build our reputation in the community.
